THANKS FOR JOINING!

While we are creating your plan & getting everything ready for you, please complete the following steps:

1) Join the private Facebook group, exclusive for all our members (please allow up to 24 hours for approval once you've applied).

2) Click to join the SFCC members area on this website, all of your training & education content will be in there (including your welcome pack). Please watch the welcome video and start making your way through the content. A new video will be added each week!

3) Check your emails, sign into our app and make sure its downloaded to your phone. When you have logged in and completed the welcome questionnaires we can get cracking with designing your training plans & adding macros to your account. Please add "before" photos (front, back & side angles), work through app settings and make sure you've turned on push notifications. If you use Apple Health/Watch or Fitbit etc this can be linked too!

4) Once the 3 stages above are complete, you are good to go!
